We are still alive!
Despite not posting for a whole month (how could we, I know), we are very much hard at work, trying to bring you the third best 2003.
Since April, we made a lot of progress in many areas of the game, and where not, they were not forgotten. Unfortunately, to not ruin the experience, we can only show very specific stuff, that is easily marketable to huge masses. Doubt you're interested in blockout pictures.
SUBMARINE
The submarine is back, and in full force! What used to be a small not-even-a-landmark on one of the maps, is now a full fledged level by itself, with plenty of things to explore.
DEVELOPMENT?
We are throwing all of our forces onto the first half of the game, which would be Chapter 1, titled "Once Upon a Time in Phoenix", and Chapter 2, "Riding Arizona", because we deemed that the best way to go about doing it. We are also considering a possibility of releasing a demo, which would include only Chapter 1, but the decision has not been made yet. If it were to happen, expect it somewhere next year, in the future of 2024.

Yes, unfortunately that's all we can show. We have way more content up our sleeve that we wish we could show, but it would ruin the surprise. Wouldn't want that to happen, would we?

The game looks better and better, honestly? I think you'd better leave us without information for a few months by working hard than posting about the work every month, although you know, it's just my opinion, anyway you can see that the work is going slowly but good and I keep my fingers crossed for you!
To be fair, it's been 4 months since the last article but that's been the plan with posts, we only ever do them when we have enough new stuff to show off that fits into a theme. Otherwise we send out a few renders of models like last time.

Is this mod being developed with Mapbase? just curious.
Yes, although for many technical reasons we kinda wish we didn't at this point in time as it doesn't really play fair with other custom code.

I really love the soundtrack you guys are making so far, very period accurate to the early 2000s in which Half Life 2 came out of.
