It is the symbol of the Rakatan "Infinite Empire." This symbol is used throughout the two KOTOR games, as well as other "Old Republic" themed media. The centerpiece is said to resemble a Rakatan head...
The Star Forge itself was built to resemble the Builders (Rakata) as both the pinnacle of their technology and a testament to their superiority. The Rakata were nothing if not vain and egotistical.
The Infinite Empire? One of those robots from Portal 2? I'm trying to remember where I've seen this before.
I'm guessing robots from Portal 2. Remember, this is Old Republic at war...
It's the Star Forge!

I'm pretty sure the centerpiece, as well as all the other pieces, are said to resemble the starforge, but that might just be me ;)
Could resemble both, the center sphere of the starforge and the shape of the head of a Rakatan.

They were corrupted by the dark side, vain and egotistical is the specialty of most dark-siders and sith!
Infinite Empire huh... gonna need more guns and Revan.
Definitely need Revan!
I hope the new Eternal Empire in the next SWTOR Expansion is related to the Infinite Empire in some way
I don't think that it is, based on what I have read on these two sites...
