This simple mod removes all starting national spirits from the 1936.1.1 start date from the following nations:

Britain
China
Finland
France
Germany
Italy
Japan
Soviet Union
Sweden
USA
Yugoslavia

Tell me if there are any issues or if you find a nation that has a starting national spirit that is not in my list.

Install Guide

To install, simply put the folder "no_start_national_spirits", along with the no_start_national_spirit.mod in: /Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron IV/mod/
