Mod which makes enemies 100% faster (x2.0) and player 20% faster (x1.2) + speed debuffs are completely disabled (sloth, lightning, etc). You can freely adjust player and enemies speeds separately if You want to.

Updated pointer requires different activation - be inside mission, minimize game (alt+tab), launch .ct file, go back to game, move few steps around with William, press default "]" key on keyboard to set speed, done.
