REQUIRES the Nation of Snakes -- Counter-Insurgency mod V6.2.4 or newer!!! This add-on/expansion pack simulates a player-led civilian-based insurgency in occupied germany (alternate history and all that). Just like a real insurgency, total victory is not expected, or even possible. You just need to remain active and cause the enemy as much trouble as possible.

Please fix the "Civilian has died" bug,after a enemy airstrike hit a school and killed 4 people i was punished for it heavily.
There is no bug.
