1- The Clans are harder to get and now some characters outside your control can have clans so be careful who you marry off
2- Added decisions like Implanting your Rinnegan in your dynasty and giving members of your dynasty Senjutsu Chakra
3- Chakra of Indra And Asura a decision that can only be found if you have The Otsutsuki trait
4- Heal members of your court with your RInnegan and Sage Senjutsu Chakra
