here are the new features and how to get them
1-sage of the six paths genjutsu
2- otsutsuki clan member
3- ninjutsu decisions to help you in battle
4- targeted decisions like Amaterasu and others
5- decisions to give anyone in your court Chakra and a clan
all the new features are accessible through decision chains
now you only need to put Has Chakra in the character editor and the rest can be chosen through in game decisions
