the new features include
1- Taijutsu
2- The 8 Gates of Power ( they give very powerful boosts but yet their consequences are dire }
3- Eternal Mangekyo can only be achieved by taking someones Mangekyo
4- Taking other peoples Eyes if you don't have your own
5-Summoning Susanoo Kurama Hatchibi
6- Sharingan Kinds (Shisui, Rai , Itachi ....)
7-It's much harder to get Has Chakra trait
8-NPC characters can and will have both Has Chakra and Taijutsu traits even if you don't
How do you take the mangekyo from other people?
If you have prisoners that have Mangekyo you can take their eyes
