The clan thing can be simplified with bloodline trait if not so many traits will crash the game or make it laggy.
Did you experience any crashes ?
I am turning every clan to Bloodline but these things take time that is why I haven't released it yet .

Yeah, the bloodline's is needed but take your time, because currently after a century or 2. Ai Char have most if not all clan traits
Also with the new patch, you probably need to balance the costs of the clan traits, and also the Tai and Ninjutsu traits, if the bloodlines going to take a bit longer to get working. Because the Ai has no money to really construct buildings especially the new wonders. This also goes with their use of mercs. I notice Ai would hire them than during a war would lose all their gold due to giving chakra to someone or upgrading their ability. This is after an observation game up to 1390
loving this so far,but could you make it that the AI cannot spam the ability that makes you incapable because after 20-30 years i keep getting it as do the the AI leaders, about 80% are now incapable in my game.

This is actually a bug .
The Ai isn't supposed to use the abilities that gives the target incapable trait
Also is that ability being used or just a bug because every couple of months or year I'm getting spammed incapable trait. Without even doing something that would give it to me
I'm seeing some ai with a lot of kills with the description being natural death is that due to dust release or one of the new kekki genkai
Might be the new abilities can't be used by any AI all of the abilities aren't available for the AI .
but I will release a new version today to fix the bugs
