All right, try going into the DLL folder and run NTSD.exe as as admin and set compatibility settings to windows 98/me

(the code execution cannot proceed becaues VCRUNTIME140D.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem ) Every time I play this game this message comes
This is caused by my own program that I made tried to fix some errors
But to get rid of it simply delete NTSD Community Edition.exe
Then go inside the DLL folder and move NTSD.exe to the main game folder
Now launch the game with admin rights and compatibility settings set to windows 98/me
