Very good Mod adding a wide range of new units, maps and other things like musket accuracy, better smoke and better sounds. -1 becuase of the fact that your not able to recruit units in captured provinces

The best NTW mod out there!
This mod would truly be great if it didn't crash every hour and a half, and if the soldiers didn't march at an absolute snail's pace (they literally march in slow motion and running is far from realistic). This ironically ruins the authenticity of their mod because it claims to be realistic however soldiers seem to move around the battlefield at 3km/h which is truly the killer for me. The same goes for cavalry, which are extremely underwhelming in this mod. From what I've seen, the cavalry is only used for suicide charges on artillery or through lines and players (and AI) don't really consider keeping them alive to the end of the game (from my experience). However it leads to interesting gameplay with positioning of troops and pre-planning.
It seems that because of popular youtubers and commenters, everyone has been drawn into believing that snail marching is realistic because of their naivety which I can understand.
Don't get me wrong, it's great to see that they are striving for realism and have delivered in terms of realistic units and names. Amazing to see the Royal Marines named as Bootnecks! But there are so many flaws, the crashes, oh the crashes.
But the final flaw for me is the absolute lackluster surrounding small arms. They are absolutely terrible. I have no reason why the mod team has thought that its a good idea to make it so that only 15 of 100 (or even 200) men firing can hit a target less than 20m in front of them. I know there are some historical accounts of muskets being terribly inaccurate but for fudge sakes. This is just ridiculous.
P.s the Ai sucks bollocks.
Historically accurate units and battle mechanics, great variety in factions choice - a pleasure to play and never gets boring/predictable. Favourite NTW mod
