The year is 2010 in the near future. Global Warming has melted 35% of the world glaciers. Water now covers 90% of the world. The 10% of land left are in total chaos. The remainer of the USA is defending it's country against the UTA (United Terrorist Organization). While the USA fights with high-tech weapons (as usual), the UTA use terrorism, strengh in numbers, and long range weaponary.
