Helicopters have never needed a carrier in this game, ever. Unless it builds them...then that's almost useful. XD
Maybes it's going to have ability to fire cruise missiles or something? The only real purpose for naval ships is long range artillery... all that's left I'd say is anti-air. But it'd have to be a small ship... and be quick to move around. A Tug Boat with dual patriot missiles! hehe
Hell actually, a few fast moving destroyers will wreck ZH's large ships!
