Mobsters is an upcoming Half-Life 2 modification, we've only begun but things are starting to fly, but we still need more help. Mobsters will be a 30's mod in which you can play as either the mob or your fan favorite the cops. A couple scenarios that have already been drawn up for game play are Cops and Robbers, where the cops will start at different locations including the police station and the robbers start off at the bank. The idea of this is to have the Mobsters rob the bank and have the cops come after them and get them, this will feature a 30's car chase, where several players will be the drivers and other players will have the opportunity to sit in the car and be able to shoot out at the cops. A couple other scenerios that we are drawing up are assasination; where someone gets to be the mayor of the city, and starts in the vehicle surrounded by cops as you move forward on a mayday parade. The object of this scenario will be to have the mobsters destroy the vehicle...

That's right mobsters fans today I got to play HL:Mobsters ingame. After alpha working ten fold last nite and this morning and kramer coding badass style...we finally this afternoon got to play HL:Mobsters in HL 1. Now some are saying whats the point?!? well, for one we are testing weapon damages and a few other things and it was a great chance to see our work ingame...now I don't have any ingame screenshots as of yet but I can tell you that the tommy gun will be ingame by wednesday and maybe by the end of next week I'll have some for you.
However, I do have these two screenies of the hands created by alpha nd also the startup screen that he made. Enjoy guys.
