Hi all - It's been a while since our last update, many things have been going on.
For starters, we are behind schedule due to a large issue with rig importing, all fixed now, but we had to re-rig and re-weight both finished characters, so that took a week or so of messing around.
Other issues have arisen, motivation and team co-ordination have been major issues in the past two weeks, with no light at the end of the tunnel yet, the team is suffering from low morale, but we are fighting through it.
Something positive - we have fixed the issues (short arms) in both models, and animations have started again, if you are in Adelaide from 25th-27th of July, we will be at AvCon, presenting our first level and some gameplay features, with a playable "mini-game" where you have to fight off the enemy and reach the goal within a time limit. It'll be awesome.
We also have a new composer, Jack, who is creating epic music for us - hopefully you'll get a taste when we release our first gameplay vid for AvCon.
We are now in a "crunch" for AvCon, so we are working twice as hard to get things done.
