what if download help me please :'(
um hey, so i have problem. i open game hoi4 and in go in mod tab and the mod is not outdated. i enable it and i open the game, i dont know if there is a other loading screen but there isnt one, and when i select play game the only 2 timelines are the basic 1936 and 1939. when i start game however, everything in europe is messed up. socialist republic of serbia exist,apparently i think xibei san ma literally has only area in bosnia, and i think slovenia is also some asian state, and yugoslavia is super small in area of macedonia, also poland controls a bigger part of germany. basically the mod is not really working for me, has anyone had this problem?
Its this a submod or? I dont know how to played it i turn on this mod and nothing happens i tryed with millenium dawn:modern day and not working..

in 4/21/1993 a referendum for the back of the parlamentarist monarchy in Brazil ocurred (the republic win because they did not let the royalists advertise), but that referendum should be on the mod, for the player to be able to play with the Empire of Brazil.
