Maverick Hunters is a modification based on the Mega Man X series, matching an unique class system with a lot of balance, focusing on deathmatch. Two teams, with three character classes each, fighting with their own weapons, physical attributes, weaknesses and fighting styles, trying to achieve the same goal: The destruction of their enemies. No, there won't be any known characters. The six characters will be original, but keeping a "Reploid" feeling (Reploids are replicas of the original Megaman X, if you're not familiar with the Megaman X series). So, each character would have a melee weapon (swords, claws, fists, spears, etc), and some sort of X-Buster, probably replacing one of their hands. Instead of getting weapons, they'd only get ammunition packs, which would be used with their X-Buster cannon. Now, comes the best part: Each class would have a different use for the ammunition.
