The reapers have returned from dark space. With Earth under attack and the mass relays in a state of chaos from refugees and the councils fleet engaging reaper forces the galaxy is a mess. The outcome is unknown, the warfare is devastating. The galaxy will never be the same.
After a decent break I am back and i present the Normandy Class Stealth Frigate
Skyline5gtr
LOVE IT.... that will be all
Agreed!
I really like it... my only suggestion would be make the "windows" a slightly more yellowish color and not the same as is on the hull. Other than that It looks just like I remember it. :)

Great work on this!
Man, you, Lord_Set and ZombiesRus5 are all masters. I hope there is a beta or a release before I get sent to basic training. I can't wait to play this mod.
i hope so as well ( please have a public beta!!)
Niiiice
I'm just gonna make a fleet of these and wipe out the Reapers.
I had the exact same thought as soon as i seen it...
Nice
I like the blue :) shows how it would have looked in ME3
Scout role?
Looks great, but the nose seems off somehow.
I think it's that the 'antennae' are too short and aren't shaped like they were in the game. Zombiegamer.co.za actually, there's a few other differences too. Eh, I'll take it either way.
Normandy sr 2 not from the Alliance?
no it was built by cerberus
Just word of advice, anytime you use a black line to simulate a hull separation, give it a 25% opacity so it blends with the texture rather than having black lines stand out. Black lines are never good because there's never any black lines on real life objects unless painted on there. If you give it a very heavy opacity to blend it into the hull, it's apparent there is a separation, but it isn't too obvious. It also goes very well with a normal map to bring out those hull differences, too.
Also, try experimenting with different ways to bring out more detail in the solid color areas like on the wings there. Right now it's quite flat and un-interesting, and if bump mapped, it could look really good.
Thanks for the feedback any feedback is always good and welcome so i can learn, i decided not too put too much detail in the wings since its a black color anyways and any detail would be difficult to see inside of SINS. Tried to find a balance of time spent and looks. Cant spend all month on it :-)
there is a normal map i generated out of photoshop from the diffuse but not too intense, then used maramoset to render it.
Don't ever generate a normal map from the diffuse, it will never look right. However, if you make a bump map first with a base layer of 127 RGB, anything that's closer to white will be above the mesh and anything that's closer to black will be below (inside) the mesh. You can make some pretty crazy things with bump maps. It's easier to make normals if you bake a High Poly model first, though.
sorry if i confused you, i didnt generate the normal straight from the diffuse, i greyscaled it then generated it since i didnt make a HP normandy to bake from. Then i generated a cavity map from the normal
you shoude add word "normandy sr1" on the both sides of the ship
This is a normandy class not the actual normandy sr1 please read.
plus every ship built would say normandy on it, doesnt really make sense to have 25 ships all called the normandy lol
you both are right

The strip can be changed to team color, just using blue since that seems to be the alliance color
