(Titans are now called super caps) A comparison with a cerberus cruiser.
Interesting design. Any clue as to what abilities it will have yet?
I'm gonna guess boarding parties (to lower shield strength of the enemy vessel.)
Indoctrinate (to take over a enemy vessel.)
and the 3 regular titan options (increased firepower, increased shields and increased anti-matter or element zero)
That would leave room for two more abilities, for titans have 3 passives which improve that what you mentioned, but also 4 battle abilities, whether passives or actives. Boarding parties already exist as Corsev's ability, so that would be possible; Indoctrinate would be more suitable for Reapers, and if you have Boarding parties that would be redundant. Ragnarov's Snipe and Coronata's first ability(forget the name) would also be a viable choice for that titan. Also I would put Ragnarov's level 6 ability as the last ability for it.
basically it acts like a mass relay, or a human variant of the "Conduit" from ME-1.
but mobile and expensive, unless I'm wrong in which case it's only the normal capital that does this.
Is this the Mod's version of a Titan or just a capital ship? Can't wait to send my Council ships against this.

So this is the Cerberus "mother of all ships"? It's definitely as large as, if not larger than, a Reaper. The fact that it only has two main thrusters, and their unique shape, implies that the engines are based on some new technology. I like. =D
Also, as I've probably missed it, is the Destiny Ascension going to be the Council super-capital? Or can we expect to see an original design? Personally, I'd like to see a Council super-capital that takes design influence from ALL major Council races (human, Asari, Turian, Salarian and Quarians - even though Quarians aren't technically part of the Council). I haven't seen any Hanar or Elcor designs...

Nope. It isn't larger than a reaper. And nothing is larger than a Reaper Ravager (The Reaper titan).
Yes the destiny Ascension will be the Council Paragon sub-faction's super capital.
Also, I'm in the process of designing some Hanar, Elcor and other minor races' ships and structures. So you may see some of those in the future.

So this is what Cerberus was up to. I'll talk to the defense comittee; see if we can't get Shepard reinstated with the reapers and now Cerberus on our doorstep.

This is a very well made design and concept. I especially like the engine part of this fantastic looking ship. Very well done!
But as much as I like this design I really hope that the Cerberus Assault Titan (https://www.moddb.com/mods/mass-effect-dawn-of-the-reapers/images/cerberus-assault-titan-synthesis-branch#imagebox) isn't out of business yet. It's one of my favorite ship designs besides the absolutely gorgeous Cerberus Capital Support Ship with mass relays (https://www.moddb.com/mods/mass-effect-dawn-of-the-reapers/images/cerberus-capital-support-ship-synthesis#imagebox).

Nice shape, very impressive. Keeps with the Cerberus aesthetic quite well.
I am probably going to be yelled at for this, but I almost wonder if its a bad thing if this mod ever gets completed. I only say this because that would mean an end to the creative outpouring that is Dawn of the Reapers.
Even when it's done, there will still be updates, tweaks and bug-fixes necessary. Also, when mass effect 4 comes out (assuming it comes out before the mod) then the mod may have some new content added.
Also, who knows if when the next Sins of a Solar Empire comes out. It'll need a Mass Effect mod too.
