As the name suggest it is a Mass Effect themed mod for the newly released game Galactic Civilization 3. Mod will include all the mayor and minor factions from the Mass Effect universe as well the related tech and designs, but the main end goal is to create campaign that will at first start with the proxy wars between humans and various other factions to invasion of Reapers. All intellectual property of course belongs to creators of Mass Effect. I am just here to bring the rich universe of Mass Effect in Galactic Civilization III
