Excellent high res textures that really put Bioware's efforts to shame. This is what Mass Effect 3 should have looked like. Kudos to the people who worked hard for this mod!
This texture pack is great, reliable, and works perfectly fine, however, a lot of textures are still missing (not counting the Citadel DLC) ; for example in the Citadel, in the entrance, some ground textures look obviously from the HD texture pack, while others, right near them, are from the original game.
Some faces, notably Turians (that includes Garrus'), are still low res. Even Wrex is low res while in multiplayer, Krogans had a facial lifting. Customed Shepards don't look any better too, that's a shame, but I don't think it can be repaired.
Some environnements are not as well crafted as others, in multiplayer, only few elements were remade, whether we are talking about the maps or the characters. One of the Vortchas is still low res, and the Talon is as well. In single player, Tuchanka had a lot of issues like this.
There is much room for improvement, and I'm looking forward to the 1.1 update, I might bump the rating to a 9/10 or even a 10/10 if the work is fully done.
That's why it's "only" an 8, still, I know the author is putting a lot of efforts into this, and kudos for him doing it alone.
