thkx for reply i downloaded your tools but i cant make them work the h2o unpacked doesnt run and from the lqr unpacked i get an error which says that it didnt start correctly

You can Try to install Mircosoft visual Studio 2012, I think you haven't any dll-files , and MVS can help you with your problem
i have dll file fixer progam and i installed one missing .dll file but from there i got the errors that i mentioned in the previous comment

I followed all instructions to the letter. But I cannot start the game, whenever I run the game, A black box appears for a couple seconds, disappears, and nothing happens. Please help
You need to install game firstly. the second you need to install our mod to game.

I can't add new models in mod Because i have'nt the complete access to resources of the game. But i add new speech for Nasgul King and in future i will add new speech for some another heroes.
