Mer cinder has just finished making all his skins for Liberty Madness. ICE2004 has to make about 8 more skins, and we will be all the way finished skinning in Liberty Madness. Right now we have a grand total of 69 skins.
I just added the Marcopolo Viale III bus into the game. It is very nice. The collision file for it is made, so where you can walk up and down the isle of the bus. You can be driven around Liberty City in it. Cops also enter the bus sometimes, and shoot you while the driver keeps driving. It has a 3D underbody, with a 3D engine.
I have also added Yazu's Chevrolet Camaro RS-SS into the game also. It is a 1986 model, and looks excellent. It features a 3D underbody, and a 3D engine. It has excellent handling made by Cerbera. It also has many cool features. The interior has excellent textures in it. One of my favorite cars.
There is also Eddy Brown's Mini Cooper. It looks just like the real thing. 3D underbody, with 3D engine, and 3D trunk with a spare tire in it. I have fixed the Collision file, so now it is very accurate when you walk on it. It goes very fast, and easily weaves through the traffic. A cool thing about this car, is that the steering wheel is on the right side, just like in the UK and Australia. The main player also sits on the right side when he drives it, too.
Lastly, I have added Bigfoot2003's Ford Bronco. It replaces the Bobcat, and has an extremely detailed 3D underbody. It also comes with a 3D engine. The handling is great, and it has excellent textures. It also has good reflections. It drives around in 3 different styles. Standard is one, Camper shell is the other, and the other has lights behind the cab (forgot what they are called).

Yazu is an extremely talented modeler, and he and Toope have produced some super high quality mods for the GTA scene in the past. Have you gotten the permission of the artists to use their work in your game? Mentioning their name isn't always enough, as modelers like to know when their work is helping to support a mod. Also, Cerbera has been making handling setups for us GTA-ers since the beginning, he's got a nice library under his belt. Good form.
