Liberty Madness mod for Grand Theft Auto III

What is it?

It is a total conversion for GTA3 which is based off of the normal GTA3 game. If you have heard of RealGTA3, Max Pain's Modded GTA3, Killer Kips Mod, Vice City Mod, and more, then you will DEFINATELY enjoy this. It is an advanced version of standard total conversions. Read below for more info.

Whats been modded?

Skinning

• All pedestrian skins have been replaced. There are 2 new gang models (all gangs have been replaced), and a new prostitute model.
• There is an all new display of the weapon icons. All of the icons on the HUD have been replaced.
• All of the tress that you could drive through have been removed.
• New M16 crosshair.

Mission Coding

• The main.scm will be based off of Demarest's Waldorf main.scm. This means that there will be all new hidden package locations and a prize for every 10 you find. This also means that it will be a stripped main.scm, there will be no missions in the first release. In the second release i plan on having a few new missions made. • Vigilanywhere mod made by Demarest. This allows you to start a vigilante mission anywhere, in any vehicle or on foot.
• When you enter the Hoods Rumpo vehicle, you get all guns (pistol, uzi, shotgun, ak47, m16, sniper) and 20 ammo for each. you also get 5 armor.
• When you enter the Rhino vehicle, you get all guns (pistol, uzi, shotgun, ak47, m16, sniper) and 1000 ammo for each. you also get 5 armor.
• When you enter the Mafia vehicle, you get 50 ammo for the uzi.
• When you enter the Triad vehicle, you get 50 ammo for the shotgun.
• When you enter the Diablo vehicle, you get 50 ammo for the pistol
• If you are in a vehicle and you hold down the horn for 2 seconds, your car doors are automatically locked or unlocked.
• At the start of a new game, you get $20,000, a pistol with 100 ammo, 75 armor and infinite run is enabled (you can sprint forever)
• If your in a vehicle and going faster than 10 MPH, you can bail out of it while driving. Your health goes down depending on how fast you're going. If you jump out going any faster than 275 MPH, you die.
• If you press sprint and jump at the same time, you can get up to 5 Loonie bodyguards to spawn around you with uzi's (and 30,000 ammo for themselves). When you enter a vehicle, they will get in with you (as many that the vehicle will fit). If you enable vigilante, when you find the criminal and get out of your car, the bodyguards will exit and start shooting at the criminal. Afterwards, if the bodyguards are still alive, they'll get back in the car with you.
• If your car is upside down, and you hold horn and brake for about a second, your car will flip back over and you cars health will be set to 400.

Misc

• Car Collisions have been matched almost exactly for every car
• Each car has its own custom handling, some have custom rims and custom colors
• Commando Funebrero's Vice City weapons have been converted exclusively for this mod and instead of the bat, is a lead pipe
• Whenever you steal a car, the pedestrian steals it back, no matter who it is
