Kuril Islands Conflict a total conversion of Battlefield 2 set in the near future in a fictional conflict between Russia and Japan. Japan and Russia have failed peace talks of Japan getting the Kuril Islands back from Russia after they lost them after WW2, Japan have invaded most of the islands and taken control of them once again, Russia has sent out its fleet to get them back. The aim for the Japanese is to take the Kuril Islands back, while the Russian objective is to prevent them from achieving this.
