Korean Ridges is a singleplayer total conversion mod aimed at recreating the events and operations of the Korean War from both sides of the conflict. The mod uses new resources as well as reworked old ones. You will see such factions as US troops, the KPA and the Chinese Volunteer Army, you'll also try out historical vehicles and even helicopters and F86 Sabre' airstrikes. The mod is plot-based, but after the early access multiplayer will be added as well as new content. Stay tuned!

101st Airborne Division was not in Korean war.
I think it's not so important as the game is not strictly historical accurate, and the patch is a symbolic attribute of paratroopers, the most famous and recognizable of all
But if it's necessary, i can replace the patch
