Status of v0.4

Added another CPU release at the 1st month of 1977 for KingCPU.
Added another CPU release at the 2nd month of 1980 for KingCPU.
Attempted to make a gif out of the background - failed because the game runs on c2.

Gonna add a blurry effect around the room and maybe support for Hardware Tycoon v0.2.7!
Change all KingCPU releases to yellow on the market,
new CPU company named AMB soon?
