Imagine, that Solid Snake isn't a super agent, but an ordinary psycho with suicide mania, that think of himself that he is the super-agent, described above.

Doctor Campbell, that Snake calls "colonel Campbell" and think of him as his boss - is his doctor that heals psycho Snake.

Due to the fact that Snake sees enemies everywhere, he want to shoot them down, using special 1911 colt with barrel targeting the shooter. He shoots as a part of a joke with "Pew-Pew" voicing every shot.

But since this 1911 is real and loaded with real ammo, sometimes Snake pulls the trigger for real and shoots himself. Doctor Campbell tries to prevent Snake from using it, but eventually Snake break from the asylum with this gun...

So due to this idea, IDLE animation is dedicated to show, that Snake got the gun and "colonel" Campbell is calling him to prevent the accident. RELOAD is that accident =)
