JEEL SpecOps 3.1 file

I have removed the limitation on 32 weapons in game.

Now max weapon is theoricaly "infinite"

Each new weapon i'll make , will be added to the combat simulator , without

removing old weapons

Ready to use:

New: AK47 with TRIJICON Scope ( it replace my first AK model). *in 3.1**

New: WA2000 , a german sniper rifle 7.62mm *in 3.1**
