The idea of the mod is to recreate the gameplay of the original Red alert as close as possible, while adding some graphical touches to display how Westwood might have intened the game to look. Therefore, the INI files have been recreated as much as possible, even with the use of the original values in the Generals INI's files, or direct translation of it. We didn't consider ourselves "wise" enough to change anything on them, at all. The athmosphere also breathes Red alert. Using the same kinds of maps, sounds and effects, the idea is to literally recreate Red alert. In 3d.
