In their quest to destroy the rebellion, the Combine raid a decrepit asylum suspected of harboring a communications outpost. The only thing standing in their way is the paranoid schizophrenic Patient #564, Dominic Crowley, who suffers from frequent delusions and has no problem with senseless violence.

Description
This was the first iteration of Insane Places which began as a simple test of various effects and environment styles. The original map is long gone, but most of the concepts have crossed over into the new version including the hallucination effect.
