本mod的故事中,在东西德国的野心家的 精密策划下,被裹挟着的苏联在80年代末于德国一带同北约爆发了一次局部战争。为了避免战争无法控制地扩大以 至于演变为相互毁灭的核战争,双方保持了高度的节制。在高度谨慎的常规拉锯战最终以东德的相对胜利结束后, 双方的谈判结果导致东西德的合并和德国作为一个统一的国家成为半永久中立国家。而美国出于复杂的因素在 这一事件后陷入衰落和战略收缩。通过战争撤销了戈尔巴乔夫的改革措施,走上另一条道路而得以以临界状态继续 维持存在的苏联,对美国已经撤出的东亚地区造成了极大的战略威慑。为此,东亚的主要国家在中国的协调下最 终走向了以战略防御一体化为最初目的的联盟关系。

值得注意的是,本mod的剧情设计同《红色警戒 》、《命令与征服》系列均无直接关系。

在阵营设计上,我们采取了复合设计方式。三 个主要阵营有其内部的进一步划分,预计采用包括但不限于子阵营、科技树分支、以及二者结合的方式,容纳 大量差异的单位及其支撑起的多种战术。

本mod的画风将会是近未来科幻风格,同《命 令与征服:将军2》、《战地2042》等知名近未来游戏所类似。大多数单位将会采用基于现有装备的架空设计,并 尽量避免现实中存在的武器装备直接以本来面目出现在mod中。

This mod aims to utilize the game engine of Red Alert 3 to create a real-time strategy game with a modern theme that is as different as possible from Red Alert 3 itself.

In the mod's storyline, under the careful planning of ambitious individuals in East and West Germany, the Soviet Union, already caught in the middle, becomes embroiled in a localized war with NATO in Germany at the end of the 1980s. In order to prevent the war from escalating uncontrollably into a mutually destructive nuclear war, both sides exercise great restraint. After a cautious conventional standoff that ends with a relative victory for East Germany, negotiations result in the merging of East and West Germany, creating a unified country that becomes a semi-permanent neutral nation. Meanwhile, the United States, due to complex factors, experiences decline and strategic contraction after this event. The war undoes the reform measures of Gorbachev, and the Soviet Union, now on another path, manages to continue its existence in a critical state, exerting significant strategic deterrence on the East Asian region, which the United States has already withdrawn from. As a result, the major countries in East Asia, with coordination from China, eventually form an alliance aimed at strategic defense integration as their initial objective.

This situation continues until 2035 when further decline within the United States stirs internal unrest, and the Soviet Union once again teeters on the brink of dissolution. The fragile alliance in East Asia begins to fracture under irreconcilable interests and ethnic conflicts. Alongside global climate change and the gradual depletion of oil reserves, the international situation reaches the edge of the abyss once again. In a crisis moment marked by a series of border conflicts and terrorist attacks, when all diplomatic means have failed and technological solutions fall short, the superpowers, after decades of preparing for the inevitable third world war, instinctively turn their gaze towards war as a last resort. In this turning point, can the pacifist factions reverse the tide and prevent the outbreak of this war, ultimately avoiding a cataclysmic apocalypse that would lead to the mutual destruction of humankind? This will be the main theme of the storyline in this mod.

It is worth noting that the storyline of this mod has no direct relation to the Red Alert and Command & Conquer series.

In terms of faction design, we have adopted a composite design approach. The three main factions have further divisions within them, and it is expected that various differences in units and their supported tactics will be accommodated through sub-factions, technology tree branches, and a combination of both.

The art style of this mod will be reminiscent of near-future science fiction, similar to well-known games such as Command & Conquer: Generals 2 and Battlefield 2042. Most units will feature fictional designs based on existing equipment, and efforts will be made to avoid directly portraying real-world weaponry in its original form in the mod.
