This mod alters many sounds, adds new gore and death effects and adds several new gameplay elements to improve the immersive aspect of RO2 and RS, including new weapons, dynamic movement speed and configurable zoom options.

1.14 is out!
CHANGES IN v1.14-bug fixes:
-Snipers, including the crash from dropping the MN9130 PEM

-Reduced Sniper scope shadow sensitivity to make them more practical
-Explosive rounds now effective online
-You must cycle the bolt before you can load an explosive round for now
-Added authentic mode toggle to workshop configuration page
-Headshot effect tweaks

Love the mod! The sniper rifle completely blowing off the soldier's head is a bit too much, though.

Can we get patch notes please?

That was using the special explosive ammo (Press '6' while having the rifle at the hip). Patch notes for v1.14 and full feature list are in the features column.

How often is explosive ammo really used by German snipers? I mean really. You'd think a sniper would apt for more conventional rounds. I know V-Patronen were used but that was more of a late war ammunition definitely not in Stalingrad as far as I know about. Can anyone elaborate?

Who carea? Blowing off your mates head in battle is part of the fun! Make it to realistic and no one will like it. Personally I think explosive rounds are an awsome idea and will help you get revenge on the enemy's top player :3
