Infiltrate the Radar Dome, which Northwest of the position we will drop you at. Once we have the information, we will send in reinforcements. Use them to destroy all Technology Centers in the area.

Download the zip file, extract and place all 3 files into the your custom maps Red Alert file. (Documents -> CnCRemastered -> Local_Custom_Maps -> Red Alert) Boot up the game, go to Missions -> Custom Missions and the mission name should be there.
