Freeman, put it this way, i am like a living fountain of ideas. only problem is, my computer doesn't currently (i am still looking) have the hardware to run minecraft or modding equipment efficiently. so all i can do is provide ideas. and speaking of ideas, how about a new mob? baby cave creepers? creepers that are as small as cave spiders, and can fit through 1x1 block space, but still have the explosive power of the adult creepers, while at the same time being much faster and have the ability to jump like that of a cave spider. it would "force" players to rethink how they build fort's or houses. perhaps even give it the ability to dive underwater and stay under the water without taking damage from lack of air (like that of the squid).

furthermore, can you somehow make this mod so that it does not require the use of modloader? some computers cannot load modloader and it very much jacks up java on computers that try to run it. (speaking from experience here, sometimes it gets to the point where it cannot run minecraft anymore until the whole computer is wiped and reset.)

As much as I would want to, I currently can't because what ModLoader does is basically make a layer over the coding where...for example I guess, in a math problem, you could say 5*5 = 25 but with something like ModLoader in coding, it would make it easier to something like 5^2. So I can't currently unless I find a way. I believe there is a way according to TooManyItems mod.

another idea, how about a way to put water into the nether? i know the only way right now is to go on creative and place ice blocks, but there is no way to mine those same ice blocks in survival for use in the nether. (only reason i bring this up, is because the bottom of the nether is all fresh lava. when water hits it, it is the ultimate source of obsidian for mining. one block of ice can easily make a plateau of obsidian in the nether's lava floor. (if you wanna see what i mean, spawn a ice block in the nether and surround all sides but one with glowstone (glowstone melts ice faster in the nether for some reason.). it would also help with traversing the nether without supreme fall damage and it could make for some interesting ground-based builds in survival.

I might be able to do that. The easy way I could do it is to make a new liquid that is only in the nether, and it could do cool things.

how about a way to link mine-carts together( like train-cars. linked but not stuck inside of each-other.)? or even better yet, mine-carts that can seat more than 1 person at a time, like a actual train car? then if you figure out how to link them together, you can link the carts behind the furnace car and have an actual train, rather than powered rails. it would be useful for early-game, and it wouldn't involve red-stone or that annoying glitch of having the furnace cart push your cart, and when you hop out it reverses direction.

btw, rather than a furnace cart, why not a propane burner cart? it would put use for that propane tank of yours and would make for a funny system. and possibly be a faster version of the furnace cart, but it lasts longer per-tank. like 1 tank = 500 coal? this added onto the idea of linking minecarts together like a train, it would make for even more interesting ideas to crop up.
