Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind mod |

In Oblivion you can buy houses. You pay the gold, get a key and go to your house. Simple. Why not in Morrowind? This mod will add a building in Ebonheart and Balmora (Solstheim later perhaps) where you can buy houses in the different cities and villages and will add more houses and some NPC's willing to sell their house. (I put it under Realism and Realistic sim because it's adding some realism with the ability to get a house) This mod should not conflict with furniture and decorating mods so feel free to use one to re-arrange the houses.

Turns out I'm not going back to school until tomoorow (and it's not only GLaDOS that's still alive!)

That means I'll be able to get more of the mod done! Yay! I tried something like this before, but it failed miserably due to him giving you the key even when you had no money and me making it too big to make for me to handle in the timeslot I gave myself. (and the companion cube is still alive too.)
