as for oil part believe me we don't get any, they drink it all and we smell the remain "literally"

Had this added in back during 2011 when I did the police HQ scenes, just thought to take a pic of it and show you guys. Also I recorded some footage of the faction claimants so I'll upload that tomorrow.
