US, mostly vanilla factions that most of you probably already know, with lore inspired raiders and few groups that werent organized enough to be considered countries, but without them, game would be totaly empty. you can also see first bookmark, game will start in 2160 BUT as with vanilla hoi, it will have way more starting points, i will also make FODD convert with approval of authors ofc.
