A lot of the work used in Quiver is original Valve content. Development seen on the Moddb does not necessarily represent the current/finalized progress of Quiver.
Seldom seen by most HL fans, this is the alpha version of the test chamber when the chapter was titled 'The Portal Device.' It's strange how Valve let you see the stars from a few miles underground.
When I showed this to Gabe Newell of Valve, he simply commented: "Blast from the past."
I love the night's sky touch, quite nice! Though I don't think it'd make much sense for it to be night time at the time of the resonance cascade, seeing that Gordon arrived at BM at 8:47 AM...
Nonetheless, great recreation. I personally enjoy the LD environment alot more than the "HD" or "SD" generations. It seems to retain the certain magical feel of Half-Life. Keep up the great work lads.
HL1 takes places over 2 days, 1 night
Sorry, point wasn't clear, perhaps in the beta the test was at night rather than day
lol it tool Gorden 2 days and 1 night but it took me
1 year and a half to finish this game
wow no one knew that time moves so slow 2 days and 1 night
in 1 year and a half
ofcourse I had school , exams , homework ...
Lol it took me 14 hours.
Took me 50 minutes.
took me the same as 2 days.
Diamond i suggest that he rewrite time to 22:00 pm XD
Thanks _DiamonD_, we're always looking for help though. If you can support the mod in any shape or form, post about it on the forums.
Mmm... cool.

Holy **** he got +6 karma. WHERE IS THIS WORLD GOING TO!

Don't you know that time passes?
I see...
I love this.
Huh. I always wondered what that sky was for.
They're waiting for you, Gordon.
In the Teest Chaambeeeeer.
Skybox name is "space"
that skybox is used in zombie plague mod
Who the **** cares?
He does, duh.
"They are waiting for you Gordon,In the tessssssst chamber."
Really nice work. I like it.
Get the Nihilanth to say "Pickaboo!" from the sky.
Maybe you can see the sky because when the experiment went wrong, it made a hole in the ceiling :V
A temple for the real Half-Life fans.
I'd love to see these reference pictures you've referred to. o_o I love old content.
