Heat of Battle is an immersive team play oriented gameplay experience. Using a capture and hold objective system similar to that of Day of Defeat and BattleField 1942, HoB puts you into gripping struggles to control areas in an effort to dominate the other team. A great deal of gameplay variance is involved and every map can be an entirely different gameplay style. The HoB Dev Team is community driven and committed to making Heat of Battle the most realistic, customizable, and fun gaming experience to anyone who plays it.

Due to problems that some users are having with the .zip installation process I stepped up the production of the installers. If you wish to install v.25 in the easiest way possible then delete all of your previous HoB installs and get our new installers in our File Section.

Thanks to everyone for your support. The v.20 .zip will be taken offline and the v.25 update will be phased out. We're working hard on v.3 at the moment. The new features alone will be worth the download for you!
