Yeah. He seems to have it twice. Specialized should be turned into Mountain Infantry.
And the lack of Mechanized and/or Motorized Infantry is strange too.
My bad, I thought that was what you meant.
But your assumption was correct, its probably support infantry attached to an infantry brigade.
Specialised infantry is basically infantry that are trained in a role, i.e. Arctic conditions, Mountains etc.
