Description
Blood and Vortigaunts.
You might notice that one vertex on his head that's out of place. That's fixed in the latest version.

It doesn't. The vortigaunt was attacking, you have a Glock playing idle animations, a lightning indication in the HEV Suit.
Nothing weird.
He looks anorexic.
