Raytracing and Screen Space Reflections using ReShade.
This is a preset i've been working on for a bit now and in my opinion looks quite good so I decided to upload it to the official addons page.
The main point of this preset is the raytracing. You don't have to buy the raytracing shaders if you want to but keep in mind that most of the time this preset was in the making was spent on raytracing so you might not notice a huge improvement over the original graphics.
The raytracing shader that you will need which costs 5$ can be found here and is labelled as "RTGI": Patreon.com Get the Raytracers tier.
In the ReShade installer, go into C:\Program Files x86\Steam\steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 and choose hl2.exe as the game you want to install ReShade to.
After that select my preset when prompted by the installer.
Leave the tickboxes on the default, they're auto selected based on the preset you're choosing.
HOW TO INSTALL RTGI IF YOU BOUGHT IT:
Go to C:\Program Files x86\Steam\steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2013\bin\reshade-shaders
Extract the .zip file there.
When you boot up Raising The Bar: Redux, ReShade might say it failed to compile some effects, that's normal and don't mind it.
MAKE SURE ANTIALIASING IS OFF IN THE GAME SETTINGS. press Home to open the ReShade menu. I strongly recommend enabling "Performance Mode" that's on the bottom of the ReShade GUI as it helps with latency and performance a lot. Keep in mind that you will have to sacrifice one of the bloom effects.
In my opinion you should turn Performance Mode off only when you want to take screenshots or want to change settings.
If the reflections or raytracing is all fucked or you cant seem to notice any raytracing, follow this:
Go into the Add-ons tab.
Tick "Copy depth buffer before clear operations."
There will be a couple of checkboxes labeled CLEAR, you have to choose the right one so that the shadows and raytracing can get data from the game.
This is incorrect CLEAR tick (see the random ghost buildings in the wall lmao):
This is correct:

I think have a reshade unrelated question, what is the pistol reskin you used in the image?
