This Mod's goal is to make a Person with a low end PC or Laptop play GTAIV. On the Future I'll Try to make a Low end GTAIV player's life easier and i'll do the mod by myself I just reuploaded this mod because many users ask for it and Rikintosh doesn't replay at all so I figured out to Upload this and help a lot of people.

Just search in google " GTAIV Full tpb " which leads you to a website with a torrent download. But the file size might be awfully big.So I Advice if you have friends or know anyone who has it ,how about borrowing.
Or... you know... buy it, either one works... the game devs sort of want your money... and everyone elses... =P

How do we use the last resort file? The instructions don't explain at all how to use them

is this mod work on gta episodes from liberty city?
Yes it does. It works on any GTA Iv story, either TBoGT Lost and Damned or the original GTA IV It works.

Can you help me? My computer even can not launch the game after I optimize. I did the same as readme file and my card is g41 chipset
What is the reason said in the error?
After I optimize I try to launch the game but nothing happened. There're no error notify or anything. Before that I could launch the game but it's quite lag.
Did you mod your GTAIV? If not then I'll try to discover the problem by installing it again and again. Best regards.

Well, I tried 1.4.0.0 on GTAIV but i haven't tried on other GTAIV Series, but other user tried and it worked for them. Please keep a backup just to make sure.

Sorry, It conflicts with mods. Please try to reinstall GTAIV , keep an installed backup and use the mod. There was a recent problem same as this it was @YukiSakura as you see above. But after he reinstalled GTAIV and used this mod again it worked for him. Sorry for the caused conflict.

Is it normal that the processing of the files through the exe file takes like forever?
It takes ca 30 secs per file (and these are a lot of files) and is running for 2 hours now and still not done.. :D
I've tried restarting the exe, but it just flies through all already processed files up to where it stopped and needs much time again..
I was just wondering, cause nobody here wrote about how long this GTAIV optimize.exe needs :D
I've never encountered this problem yet. I'll try to find out why.

Yours probably would work better, I have mine as GM4500 or Intel 4 series chipset family. Its in the description on top to where I tested this.

Once you downloaded the file, extract it and read the "Read Me.txt"
It will tell you everything you need to know.
What is a root folder?

Thanks a lot! the last resort commandline worked perfect for me, just had to change the position of the lines from horizontal to vertical and it worked.
Where i need to put the command line man...
GTA IV directory, you know, the folder where there are the gtaiv.exe and launchgtaiv.exe
I know this is pretty old, but how do I install this on other GTA IV games, do I just put in the EFLC folder? (the same as done in GTA IV)
