This mod completely transfers the atmosphere from the XBOX version of GTA III to the PC.

I have been trying to make the Xbox HD mod to work but been getting a lot of errors when trying to apply the update due to IMG Factory and other IMG tools being abandoned/outdated, saved me a lot of headache and mod loader is the best!
Will try to let you know if I encounter any errors or bugs.
