some very nice edits such as fully undead faction and full inferno faction but also some very stupid edit such as completely remove Human faction or giving titan to somekind of pirate faction...
new spells are great too,
overall except some spells, nothing new is added, its better to say everything is edited!

This mod looks like it was made by a spoiled kid who mixed up units of different races at his whim.
It's the greatest mod.
Nimostar basically revived my whole interest in the game, which wasn't an easy task, considering I was a self-convinced Heroes 2-3/5.5 player.
I love it so far! There's not many mods for this game but even if there were, this mod would probably one of the best, if not the best.
Just try it and see for yourself, you'll enjoy Heroes of Might & Magic IV even more.
Very innovative, including (but not only): lots of complex new object brushes, new spellcaster creatures, creature heroes, better themed towns.
