I believe there is a way to do this on consoles, but what's the point? I mean, in the end you can get a used PS3 or XB360 (but in good condition) and a GTA 5, I don't know
So no, it will NOT be ported to PS2 nor XBOX Original

Install xp on the original xbox then run the mod :)
