The Story: It's 1995 in LVC (Los Venganza City), San Planta, USA. K.J is a Gang leader of the Oakland (oakland district in LVC) Blak Jakz. the Blak Jakz are at war with the Madigan Blood Soldierz and O.W.C (Oakland War Cobraz) gangs. The O.W.Cz are currently the strongest gang of all. K.J wants to change that. K.J calls a Meeting in a carpark in Oakland, but the gang is ambushed and everyone gets their guns at the ready. Now you (K.J) must fight your way out and fight your way up the gang lader to the top. The Mod will consist of many new features.
