Who can check it, why should anybody trust that you got the permission from all authors of content sources you've used? Why do you have permission to sell access to this mod? What exactly do you own it? The modified MIT licence that you claim is applied to your 'mod' is not giving you permission to sell Valve Corporation products, assets or any intellectual property they own.
