yeah... agreed. but it looks too much like RA3's wave force artillery.... with the charging animations and firing animations at full charge.

Just so you know :P the cause is: "To fight against oppression until all are free" as said by the news reporter in one of the GLA missions. :)
And if one phalanx versus overlord, who will win?
depends on the player using them it. If the Phalanx can hit the overlord with it's special ability, it might win.
